Joy Chang is the Director of Selling Partner Support at Amazon, managing the product, technology, and editorial teams that power the features and tools selling partners use to contact support and resolve issues. Joy began her career in finance before earning her MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Since joining Amazon 12 years ago, Joy has held a number of different roles focused on building customer experiences in our store. Last year, Joy transitioned to Selling Partner Services to improve the support experience for selling partners. She currently lives in Bellevue, Washington with her husband and two children. Arun Chenchu Gopal is a Senior Technical Product Manager for Fashion and Fitness at Amazon.
